Starting The Phoenix Plan

Congratulations
You have come to this page as you are willing to have a go at trying out the Phoenix Self-Help Life Plan in your own life.

Before beginning, just a few points:

An important thing to remember is that, in order to get the maximum benefits from the Plan’s program, you need to make time for it within your existing lifestyle. This means you have to modify the timeframe to suit your individual circumstances. It may also be necessary to advise others [e.g. your partner or close friends] that at certain times in the week you may not be available for them.

Later, the advantages of having a Plan “buddy” [defined later] will be pointed out.  However, if this is not possible for whatever reason(s), just go ahead and work alone.

·
Equip yourself with a dedicated notebook where you can briefly record your thoughts and  selected goal plans.

·
Do not make the mistake of trying to achieve too much too quickly. It is better to reach  one goal than to begin and falter at several.

·
Progress may not be exactly as planned by you : but note that two steps forward and  one step backwards represents real positive movement for personal change - you have  achieved one step forward!

·
If you mess up, don’t give up. Re-structure your plan or even start all over again

·
